How to identify your Model Number

WARNING: It is very important that you make sure you have the right model number before downloading any drivers. Downloading the wrong drivers will cause your machine to crash and in some cases even corrupt your operating system.

Locating the model number:

Your model number is located on the base of your Notebook computer. It is generally on a Black or Grey sticker and will look similar to the picture on the left.
