If you believe there is a hardware fault on your Acorn notebook computer you can create a repair request here, however you should be aware of the following exclusions that apply to the type of repair booking you are able to make. These are as follows:-
At this time the Acorn Warranty Repair Booking System can only arrange repairs for notebooks located within the United Kingdom. If you are located outside the UK please contact your local Acorn representative overseas.
If the issue that necessitates the repair has arisen through accidental damage and you are covered by Acorn Notebook Insurance please call on 01788 563106 (8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday) please ensure that you have your policy details ready.
In any case please have your notebook's serial number ready.
